OUR EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITIES
As our customers’ needs change, so do the services and technology we offer. We understand the importance of providing our customers with the best possible products, so we’ve made a significant investment in the newest state-of-the-art technology and equipment. As an experienced print service provider (PSP), large-format digital printing is our specialty. Using our 2 HP latex printers – an HP 570 and an HP 800W, along with our Roland SOLJET Pro4 XR-640 digital printer, and our Canon 1380 GT UV inkjet flatbed printer allow us to digitally print the following substrates with incredible detail and clarity:

2 Trotec Speedy 80-Watt lasers – Speedy 360 and 400 models, 2 Vision rotary engravers with ADA capabilities and a Hotronix Heat Press round out our arsenal of equipment to meet your sign and award making needs.
Our complete wood & metal shop, featuring a 20´ x 12´ paint/spray booth and a MultiCam APEX CNC router with a 5´ x 10´ table and knife options, round out one of the most versatile facilities in the area.
Our expert team can take your project from concept to reality – and install your project once it’s completed. We’re constantly upgrading our computer hardware and software in our quest to provide the best, most innovative products in the market.
Some of our equipment includes:
- 2017 10’ x 8’ Multi-cam APEX router that allows us to mill the substrates we utilize into any shape required
- 2 canon UV flatbed printers – a 2013 8’ x 10’ and a 2022 4’ x 8’, both with white ink capabilities. The newer printer can print dimensionally as well.
- 2015 60” Roland Eco-Solvent printers
- 2023 Summa S Class 2 T160 die cutter
- 2019 HP 60” 570 Latex printer
- 2023 HP 60” 800W Latex printer
- 20′ x 12′ paint booth equipped with a Mathews Paint System that allows us to recreate over 90,000 colors with automotive grade paint
- 2019 Gerber Edge thermal transfer printing and Subli-jet sublimation system for smaller full-color projects
- 2 Vision Rotary Engravers – a 2007 rotary engraver and a 2023 Vision 1624 Pro Engraver
- 2 2018 Trotec Speedy 80-watt C02 lasers – a Speedy 400 with a 24”x39” bed and a Speedy 360 with a 32”x20” bed
